SALONI KUMARI (proprietor) is liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). SALONI KUMARI (proprietor) is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. Cash on Delivery option not available Estimated time of delivery 7-10 days from the date of technically and commercially clear order and acceptance. Dispatch of goods will be through reputed couriers. Most of the items are shipped within 24-48 working hours after the payment is cleared. Delivery of goods will be made only on weekdays and working days. No delivery during weekends, holidays and after office hours. Saloni kumari has rights to cancel an order under any circumstance. Shipping information will be provided on request only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order before it has been processed by the brand/seller. We'll refund the full amount you've paid for such a cancellation.
Here's how to cancel your order:
• Log in to your account and go to My Account
• Select the appropriate order from ‘My Orders’
• Click on ‘Cancel Order’ for the item(s) you want to cancel, individually
• Select the reason and confirm the cancellation
Once you're done, we'll send you an acknowledgement of the cancellation. Remember, you won’t be able to cancel an order after it has been processed by the brand/seller."

Make sure you cancel your order before it has been processed by the brand/seller. That's the only way we can refund the full amount you've spent.
You can individually cancel product(s) in your bag before your order is processed by the brand/seller. Go to My Orders in the My Account section to cancel products.
That means the product(s) from your order have already been shipped and you can't make any cancellations now.
Once your order has been cancelled, the refund amount will be credited back to the source account within 3-4 working days. In the case of certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days. We'll refund the entire amount for a cancelled order.
